Born and raised in San Diego, Amanda Rubalcava has always felt at home near the ocean — and equally drawn to what lies beyond it. A UCLA graduate with nearly a decade of experience in strategic communications and content development, she founded Ruby Provisions to explore the intersection of travel, food, wellness and culture. As a certified yoga teacher, she approaches storytelling through a lens of mindfulness and cultural awareness, with a focus on elevating voices and building community.
